Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

AJ PERFUMIO offers reliable shipping services across India. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier services. Most international orders are delivered within 7–12 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your shipment in real time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Customers only pay the product price and the shipping fee displayed at checkout. There are no hidden charges added by AJ PERFUMIO after the order is placed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order through the courier partner’s tracking system.
International Shipping
AJ PERFUMIO offers international shipping to selected countries with minimal shipping charges. The total amount paid during checkout (product price + shipping charges) is the final amount charged by AJ PERFUMIO. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and courier services.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All fragrances and products are carefully packed using secure and protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. AJ PERFUMIO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
